About

National security professionals shaping alliance futures.

We are former national security and intelligence professionals, academics, and entrepreneurs. OTX began in Afghanistan in 2021, helping at-risk people escape after the allied withdrawal — then continued into the longer work of supporting pro-democracy projects worldwide.

Today, with a focus on alliance building, we reinforce democracy and national security through non-violent direct action, education, novel projects, and policy advice. Our flagship research is delivered through The Alliance Futures Initiative.
